I use a company called Bottle Your Brand. Custom Private Label Bottled Water, Water Bottle Labels, Personalized Wine Labels & Custom Beer Labels
They have a standard size label template that you use for format. The prices aren't that bad, and you can order as many, or as little as you want...
It does work. I used american oak chips which I soaked in JD for 2 days. I strained the chips, and added to the secondary. The result... A little something called Black Friday. What started as a Belhaven clone was turned into a very rich scotch ale with bite... I just finished off the last...
If you happen back to Ireland, you'll have to visit Messrs. Maguire. Its located along the river Liffey at 1-2 Burgh Quay, Dublin 2.
If I remember right they brew about 6-7 different varities and was a great find for us in our travels.
There is a great article by Ray Daniels posted at the All About Beer web site which explains the "formula" to determine the amount of water needed for brewing.
Here's the link: www.allaboutbeer.com/homebrew/water.html
Thought I'd take some time to introduce myself...
I've been brewing going on 5 years... Eventually desire to take this hobby to a profession, but we'll see how that goes. Looking forward to contributing and recieving some sound brewing advice.
