- I always wanted to brew beer but thought it was too difficult. When I started dating my wife, I mentioned to her I wanted to brew and she said it is easy. She brewed wine before. So, she took me down to the homebrew supply store and I bought my first kit. Been brewing every since. Started whole grain brewing in 2011. Now that I have retired from the USAF, I am looking to invest in a better system and expand my capabilities from my 10 gal cooler setup.
