I'm new to the brewing scene but found a passion for it after diving head first into the craft beer scene in Michigan 4 years ago. Now living in Florida - the lack of brewery selection has led me to experimenting with creating my own!
I've wanted to start brewing for a couple of years now, but lacked the money, time and supplies to get started. Now that I've managed to carve out some funding and time in my crazy schedule I've started brewing! WOOHOO!
I skipped the extracts and went straight to all grain. My first beer was a Belgian Tripel to which I added culinary lavender. It's currently bottled and aging! Looking forward to trying it in the next few months!
