    Final Batch was 5 gal. Thanks for the feedback. I am going to dry hop some Williamette and report back. Can anyone give me some feedback on why my calculated IBUs are so low? The kit says it should be 31-34?

    from what I understand you should use a 6.5 gal. carboy as a primary for 5 gal. of beer. Perhaps it might prevent some of the overflow issues.
