    When you find a 4 year old bottle in your empty bottle stash and say F it. I'm gonna see what it tastes like. Then get the surprise of your life because its incredible.

    Lost and Found!!!

    I understand my friend. I was not planning on finding this bottle. But OMG after 4 years it was outstanding. Anybody else found an old bottle in their "stash"?

    What I did for beer today

    Bottled 10 gallons of stout. Now I have to be patient for 5 or 6 weeks. The hardest part of brewing I think.

    Impatient noob question!

    Agreed the only beer I buy liquid yeasts for are Hefe's and Wheats. I think good dry yeasts are fine for other ales.I dont brew lagers.
