Should be doable. Check out the articles. There's one explaining how to put the components of a mini fridge into a wash basin to make a custom kegerator. Should be a similar concept as long as there's enough space.

There's a Santa Baby spiced holidayale in the spice/herb/vegetable section of the recipe data base that I'm planning on brewing next. A few others have tried it and done some modifications which are listed in the post.
