    Define what beer should taste like please.... U don't like belgian yeast esters?? So ur not into anything with Brett or any of the dark fruit/peppery/ yeast characters?

    I was thinking using a bucket for a few days in the fridge. Then transfer into a keg and force carb with the shake method.. Then throw it in the keggerator and start pouring.. Whatcha think?

    Lol the beer finally took off. I pitched at 60° with wlp500. Took like 48hrs for fermentation to start.
