    Pink beer

Depending HOW pink it needs to be, I did a red-raspberry pilsner with simply a Cooper's Pilsner kit plus raspberry puree in the secondary and it has a pinkish color in the glass (also tastes AWESOME).

    Brewing For The Holidays

I'm doing an Irish Stout with cinnamon, clove, and vanilla. I received lots of good advice in a thread about it a while ago and will be starting it tomorrow night :-)

    Cooper's Stout + Christmas Spices?

Okay, so that gives me a bit to go on! Also, I did find one other thread that seems relevant: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f37/when-add-spices-hops-fruit-coopers-extract-kit-141579/ So, with the kit you use hot water for mixing with the ingredients from the can. I could boil the spices in...

    Cooper's Stout + Christmas Spices?

Hey guys (and gals). Don't mean to be rude by bumping my own post, but I was hoping maybe someone might have some more thoughts on this one. I'm pretty excited about starting this batch ;-)

    Cooper's Stout + Christmas Spices?

So, if I used the Vodka method, would I add that to the whole batch or is it something that has to be on a bottle-by-bottle basis? If possible, I think I would something that can be for the whole batch so it is uniform... Thanks

Hello all! In the Spring I asked about adding raspberries to a Cooper's Pilsner kit and followed your advice, resulting in an AWESOME raspberry beer for the Summer. Well, now it's time to start thinking about Christmas beer... I have one more kit that I would like to use before I try going to...

    Cooper's Pilsner + Fruit?

Thanks again, everyone! It's nice to have a place to turn to for advice! I've done a Cooper's Lager and their Australian Sparkling Ale and had friends say they're the best beers they've tasted (okay, they aren't beer-guys, but still). This will be the first time I've modified a kit, so I'm...

    Cooper's Pilsner + Fruit?

Hi all, I have a Cooper's Pilsner kit that someone gave me for Christmas. Now I normally don't favor really light-bodied beers, so I want to get creative with this and try to make a raspberry or blackberry or black-raspberry beer for the heat of the Summer. My setup is the Cooper's...
