Glad you got it sorted!
I ran copper in mine too. Basically same method as above except line, steel pipe then copper pipe each segment at a time. I'm using 2" diameter steel so it's big enough for me to get my fingers in and work the copper elbows around or hold to push fit any long straight runs
I have an iron pipe tower similar to yours. To avoid the twisting you will need to assemble everything from the faucet to the keg...NOT from the keg to the faucet. Basically assemble it backwards.
Attach shank to bushing securely so it won't come loose. Attach beer line to shank (I had 15' of...
I really like that fishbone look you've got going there. I'd be interested to see how it turns out when you're done and completely agree, I wouldn't want to hide that with a coffin either.
I'm really happy with it so far. I absolutely love the way it looks. That said, we're just starting to get...
Hi All,
Thanks again for all the work everyone has put in so far. I'm excited to say I have successfully made it through step 7 and can see the default tap list displaying.
Wish I had followed @atariplayr's instructions more closely, as I got tripped up with an auto upgrade during Jessie...
I'm certainly too green to reliably answer your question as I haven't got it up and running yet. From what I've been able to recall this did trip up a few folks using the cheaper meters. I think short pours weren't registering due to some hard coded value conflicting with the lower tick count...
First, thanks to everyone who has helped keep this alive over the years; particularly @day_trippr, but also @kaljade, @DrunkleJon, @atariplayr and the 20 or so others I'm unintentionally leaving out (committee's about to play me off so gotta get on with it). Your commitment is commendable. After...
I've been lurking around here for long enough getting inspiration from all the builds people have documented, I figured it's probably time I share something I've done. Below are just a few of the in process pictures I took while assembling my industrial themed Keezer the past few weekends...
So I just finished a build where I used copper pipe inside 2" pipe. Ran into the exact same problem.
Sorry to say the only thing I could come up with was to completely disassemble the tower and rebuild it working backwards. Wish I had pics to illustrate better, but:
Attach faucet to bushing...
