    Hard Booch 2F not going

    The first 5g of EC-1118 was "pitched" into 95F with the go-ferm to rehydrate for 15 minutes. Then I added 3 oz of booch twice to bring the temp down to the temp of the 1F with the sugar mix added which was 80F. I actually stuck it on a spin plate for a bit while the booch/sugar mix temp...

    First go at Hard Booch. We did 3 gallons that was at 3.0 Ph at end of 1F. I followed @RPh_Guy rehydration mixing a little 1F in twice using 5g EC-1118 and 5g Arauner Sekt Yeast and pitched at 80F.
