    I grew my KB in a jug and cannot remove the scoby

    I'm not an expert in this but I believe a SCOBY is a decentralized entity. So if you cut in four you then have 4 triangle shaped SCOBYs. No harm is done and they should continue to work fine albeit slightly smaller. I believe this is right, maybe someone can verify that.

    My jug leaked!

    My third batch of Kombucha, 1 gallon, had a leak in the spigot. I now have only about 1/3 or 1/4 of the gallon left. What should I do? Do start over and save the scoby plus a cup again or can i just add more sugar/tea? It sat about 6 days before the leak . Unsure what is best option...
