    Hi there, On Saturday I started a scoby hotel and the very next day the black spot appeared, is it mold or shouldn’t worry about it? Thanx.

    Hi there, I’m new making kombucha and i already have plenty of Scobys so I’m starting a scoby hotel but i have a question. Can I make a black tea (around 1 liter) and add 10% of the previous kombucha tea for the hotel? It will work? Thanx.
