    How do you do calculate the supplementation of extracts? I have never used extracts.

    I found some posts talking recipes for a gingerbread stout clone. They were all 10gallon recipes so I made a 10 gallon recipe in brewfather and scaled it down (5gallon). But the abv was 3.5 when it should be around 9.5% so after playing with it for a while, I have an almost 20 lbs grain bill...
