What if its not dry? Lets say I have an inch of foam left in the bottom my Better bottle is it ok just to dump the wort on top of it? Or a couple inchs of foam left in the bottom of my corny keg?
I'm in Ellettsville. Just switched to All Grain. Get most of my stuff from Tuxedo park. Got my keg setup from them before they opened up at fountain square.
Digging through the cabinet and this is what I found. Would like to use most of it to make something.
3.3 Bavarian Wheat pure base malt extract
1lb plain dark DME
1 lb plain wheat DME
1/4 lb chocolate
1/4 lb roasted barley
1/4 lb 90L
1 oz German Tettnang
1 oz German Perle
Any ideas...

Jeep is in the garage now. Getting completely rebuilt, New frame, 4 link rear, new axles,3 link front, chevy V-8, and a bunch of other crap.
Gravity reading right now is 1.020.
I still believe it is fermenting. But you are right I did panic some. Guess I will just call that a learning experience.
I brewed my second batch Sat evening Sunday and Monday the airlock was going good. Get home Tuesday and nothing the center of the airlock wasn't even up. I got home late so I didn't think to much about it until today. Got home today and still the same thing. Doesn't seem to be fermenting at all...
