Hi, I seems to be able to get a good deal for 300 litre stainless steel pots with a lid and tap. Apart for their use as HLT, mash tun and Copper, would/could you use them as fermenters or conditioning tanks? Cheers

This is not looking good, 3 days in the fermenter and only a small amount of bubbles in the airlock, the fermentation is going nowhere. I'm afraid that's because I scooped out the wort and it didn't air properly...

I used Northern Brewer and Columbus for the bittering, I only added the elderflower and hops at 15 minutes from the end.
