    Wow thanks for ur pics I know my temps are not even close to 80 it is around 67 to 70 and I do hv seed mats that I can wrap it in before I started I had read that the temps didn’t need to be as high as making regular Kombucha to make jun this is why it’s best to talk to people who are doing it...
