    I have made 40 gallons or so and I plan on making a lot more! so that would be 23,083.5

    I am about to make 12 gallons of apfelwein. Does anyone have a good juice or concentrate they add to spice things up a little bit? 12 gallons of one flavor might be to much for me. I have some Pineapple juice would that work? Or would the citrus mess with the yeast?
