3rd floor balcony all-grain brewer (5 or 10 gallon batches). It can take some ingenuity, but you can get it done. I have a 1-tier system with 10gal coolers for HLT and MLT, a 15gal kettle, and a chugger pump. The HLT is electrified with a hot water heating element and controlled by a Ranco. Everything disassembles and stores on a rack in the storage room. Water is transferred via bucket from the bathtub. It's not ideal, but not too bad either.

I've also taken the BJCP exam and am awaiting my results.
