    How Long till Cider?

It might be a good idea to look into Brandon O's graff. There are ingredients in there other than just apple juice which may make it mature more quickly. From what he is saying, you should be able to turn a batch of that around in 5 or 6 weeks. I currently have my first batch fermenting and I am...

    Spokane beer

Spokane cork and keg? Where can I get more info?!? I haven't heard about that yet. I guess I don't get to Spokane often enough. (Live in CDA)

How many gallons of Brandon O's Graff have been made?

I just put together 5g yesterday. Looks to be fermenting nicely this morning. 400.5 + 5 = 405.5

It might be a good idea to offer a model without a thermowell. Shave some production time and cost for those people that don't use thermowells on their fermenters.

    Northern Idaho Shops/Breweries

Yes, you got me on that one monkey. Like I said, I haven't been down there in years. (And I live in CDA!) I just remembered that they changes names sometime in the last 10 or so years. They changed from TW Fischers to CDA brewing. Jim's Homebrew does still exist in Spokane. I make it over...

    Northern Idaho Shops/Breweries

I stop in at Daanen's from time to time. They do have a nice selection. There is also Pilgrims market on 4th street close to downtown. They are an organics foods store but they have a good selection of beer. If you make it out to Post Falls, you can go to Enoteca (Wine/Beer Shop). They have a...
