Temperature of secondary with fruit
My wheat beer has been in the primary for 2 weeks in a water bath that I have kept around the mid to upper 60's. I'm thinking about transferring it to a secondary on top of some fruit (strawberry or rasberry). My question is that after I transfer shoule I keep the temperture at the temp. I had...- chazz97m
