one of the first things I thought of doing while drinking this stout was putting some nibs in there.

I made this recipe almost exactly (forgot the crystal malt--by accident), and tried my first bottle today.

as has been said, your yeast will be fine. Your beer will likely also be fine too.

i'll echo the hibiscus.
i just popped a bottle of a hibiscus wheat my wife recently designed the recipe for...it definitely has a pinkish hue.
