Skeezer, what is your efficiency on your setup? Also, which variant that you have tried is your favorite? Or is the original the best? Also, saw ur into metal, hell yeah\m/ what bands do u listen to??
I have never had a stuck mash, ever, and I have a corona mill and generate a good amount of flour, and have brewed huge beers many times (20+ pounds per 5 gal batch)
yeah, I'm looking forward to it. I'm almost done cold crashing in the primary, so I'll transfer in a few days to the keg and dry hop in there. Should be tasty!!
I spray the peppers, knife, cutting board, and silicon mixing bowl with star San, cut em up, place in mixing bowl, and dump them in, the inside of the peppers should be sterile
I can get pearl, mo, and golden promise, I'll try one batch using each as the base and will report my findings from side by sides per batch. I really want to nail a cheaper & easier to find equivalent GB down so people can make this cheap and easy
I bought the hops in bulk ahead of time, so I'm trying to avoid getting their kit, I'm trying to not get bent over on the grain either, so pretty close is all I am really shooting for.

Has anyone tried watering down like 6 gals of really high gravity wort into 10 gals of a light beer? I have a party coming up, I need 10 gals, my capacity is 5 gals, but would like to try to knock it out in one brew. Is this a terrible idea?
Hey Yoop, you're my favorite person on this site btw! Do you ever add hop tea as opposed to dry hop? Just wondering what your impressions are on the comparison on the two. Reading about it, it looks like a great way to save on hops, and do you think you can achieve the same bitterness profiles...
