    -- Corn sugar (dextrose) 2/3 cup in 16 oz water. -- Table sugar (sucrose) 5/8 cup in 16 oz water. is that per gallon of beer/graff?

    When making this I left the hops in the fermentation. Should this be cold crashed, then put into a bottling bucket with the correct ammount of "priming sugar"? Or just filtered out? Does anyone have experience bottling this brew? How much sugar and water?

    How long should I let this ferment for? Some say untill your around a 1.0 or your fermentation slows, and some say 1+ months.

    I like all Woodchucks, hornsby, and hardcore ciders. But I really enjoy the granny smith style woodchucks. Just something about that tart taste. How about clarity, it looks pretty cloudy still. Will that settle over time?
