    I tried pumping CO2 into my clonical fermenter as i poured in the dry hops. Time will telll.

    [Edit: Moved reply outside quoted text -Mod] So if you have the hoppes in the fermenter while its feementing and lets say your able to keep it from getting wet. What prevents it from releasing all the aromatics out the air lock?

    Wheatwine gravity

    Thanks. Its a glass carboy. Should be air tight. It was Imperial yeast Citrus. Ferm at 77 degrees to pull fruit flavors. Started at 1.077. Added 2 lbs dme a week to simulate a 1.10 starting gravity. Its in the teens now. Ill wait for it to clear. I planned to keg.

    I have a wheatwine in the primary. Its is close to terminal gravity with in a few points. Airlock is slow. Does it need to go in a secondary or can i just leave it. Recipe recomend s2 week secondary. Its been in the primary 2 weeks. Recipe recomended it go in secondary with about a third...
