I originally purchased two Hurricane burners and used them as purchased for two years. I have recently incorporated them into a Brutus system, along with a BG-14 from Agri Supply (converted to low pressure propane) and couldn't be happier.

Goldiggie just reminded me that I forgot to mention; Yes, make sure you sanitize before bottling even if you have rinsed and cleaned the bottles with Oxyclean or another cleaner.

I have reused bottles many,many times with little or no problems. I've found the easiest most efficient way of cleaning them is to rinse them with tap water as soon as I empty them, place them in a 5 gallon bucket, when it's full add hot water and some oxyclean. Let sit for a day or two, then...

Just an FYI...I've had good luck picking up ground Valencia orange peel in the spice section at Walmart. It's McCormick brand and should be available at almost any grocery store. Same goes for ground Coriander, saves having to grind the whole seeds.
