I drilled from the inside. I picked that location after looking things over a bit. Decided it was unlikely to have a coolant line there, and just went for it.

Yah the half keg has to sit on the lip for the drain channel to fit, but hey it fits! Drilled the gas line hole. Im waiting on a new length of red gas line then I'll silicone the hose in place to seal the hole. How it looks with the keg in. Still need to cut out the light...

Oh ya one question. What tower gasket do I need? I see 3 inch ones but my tower has an OD of about 4.25". Cant find one bigger than 3". Advice? Just make one?
