Started this on October 31st. Then all the fruit dropped to the bottom so I racked it off into this yesterday. Hasn't cleared any, will it end up clearing?

First time making an Apfelwein. So here's what I used.
5 gallons of White House apple juice with no additives.
2lbs of brown sugar
1 packet of Red Star Premier Cuvee wine yeast.
OG: 1.060
mixed it all up in my 6.5 gallon carboy, now to play the waiting game. I do have one...
