I just bottled a super hoppy brown ale and i named it "bitter bitch" looks like i need to be a bit more creative.

New Belgium's spring blonde ale is pretty terrible in my opinion. Tasted like an overcarbed bud light that was sprayed with lemon pledge.

Most say to wait at least 14 days before bottling im new to this myself just done a lot of research and readind here

Last week when i was brewing my wort chiller sprung a leak, so i ended up with extra wort. I put it in 1 gallon jugs and they swelled and got bubbly. I bottled them before i pitched so there is not yeast in them. Will they contain alcohol?

Well I added more sugar and pitched my yeast. I saved the additional wort for future use. I guess time will tell what comes of this. Thanks for the help this is only my second batch.
