Thanks for the reply. It has been several years since I did this, but I believe that I just put it in the key and used the nitrogen mix. Then using a stout faucet it came out creamy.

Another thumbs up. I left it about 4 months in secondary and it tastes good. I like this much better than the mint choc stout recipe posted here. You can taste the chocolate, but there is less of it.
+1 I bet your faucet water is too warm. That is the problem I found when I tried one. I could not get the cooling water cool enough and was forced to run the wort through it at a trickle. So I ended up selling and going back to an IC.
