- I discovered home brewing when my wife bought me a 1 gallon starter kit. I quickly grew out of "quantity" and learned about "quality". I have never looked back since. How Coors Light stayed in business still baffles me today? Also, how did those 5 gallon carboys ever become so popular for home brewing? I think the Big Mouth Bubbler was the home brewers best invention ever.
