I did have to make a slight mod and rotate the pump head 90 degrees so the input is now at the bottom/output at top to deal with some priming issues. I've hard plumbed in the entire system. To sanitize I simply recirculate the kettle for 15 minutes prior to pumping off to the fermentor...

Actually it's pretty easy. I run hot PBW through everything for 30 minutes or so when I'm done and then remove the plug on the back side and let it drain dry.

Here a pic of the manifold I've built to control flow of liquids with a single pump. There are three ball-valves (HLT out, MLT out, and BK out) on the input side of the pump with another three (RIMS Heater in, BK in, and CFC in) on the output side of the pump. Now I just need to finish...

Sorry about the link, that's The Electric Brewery I'm building Brewtroller system for the controls. Still waiting for the temperature probes and enclosure I ordered to show up in the mail and then I can start assembling all those bits.

I finally got everything together for my new RIMS heater. I got the idea for enclosing the electrics from www.electricbrewery.com

What are the dimensions of the internal sub-panel? If the sub-panel is 12.5 x 8.5, I think I can get everything to fit.

I'm thinking about it for a BrewTroller build, but I'm not sure that 12.5" x 8.5" is large enough to hold the BT3.1, BT 16 relay board, 12V PSU, SSR and 24VAC Transformer.

Is this enclosure still available?
