I figured it out now that I switched to boil. It put the Maris otter Crisp in the boil instead of mash. I had to switch to the default Maris otter. There must be an issue with the ad on for brand specific grains.
You can see that is is the correct weight in the recipe. The strike water volume it wants me to put in is too low because of this. I can't figure it out.
This picture shows the grain weight basis being super low when it's really around 12 lbs. Ive changed it a few times and it always automatically changes back. I can't find anything that is causing this, what am I missing?
