I am a recent retiree who is developing a small orchard; Cherries [sweet & tart], Apples [5 varieties] & 1 peach tree. at my home in central Washington State. My wife and I also are growing a variety of veggies and fruits (Strawebrries, Raspberries, & Blue Berries).

I have also recently built a cart on which I mounted a apple mill/crusher (a new stainless Steel garbage disposal & sink) and a Apple Press. I look forward to making sweet and hard Apple & Pear cider.
