I brewed an IPA, the budget series, from AHB. Didn't exactly follow the instructions and ended up with a little higher efficiency (OG) than the instructions state. Only by .006 though ... still thats kewl
Depending on your OG you're probably close to being through the worst part of it. On the other hand it is never a bad idea to have a few various sized carboys/containers on hand. If it were me, I would sanitize a gallon jug and fill it 2/3 or 3/4 to give the large fermenter room to finish...
About to get started on some Pumpkin Ale! The beer is great for the fall holiday season but those bottles found in late spring were really smooth and tasty.
I second the Harbor Freight trailer idea! I have one and use it often. I did build the side, front and rear rails for it so it doesn't look quite as weird as without any. I got mine for $179 and I think the capacity of it is like 1100 lbs. That's probably about all your car should be pulling anyway.
