Im new to wine making and I currently have 15 gallons of crushed grape wine kits going right now.
Im looking into getting a filtering system and I figured I would get the canister type since I could use it for wine and beer. Ive read that you used CO2 to push the fine through the filter...
I cant decide what type of beer to brew next. I have a Chocolate Vanilla Porter going right now. I would like opinions of what to brew next? Im open for anything. :mug:
I see alot of information about collecting wort that states times it takes to sparge. I am a little confused about this. Does it matter how long/little of time it takes you to collect all the wort from your mash and sparge?
Just looking for someone to shed some light on this for me. TIA

I just recently started kegging my beer, and i really like how easy it is to bottle it straight from the keg. I was wondering since i bottle my beer from the keg once it is cold, would there be any effects to the bottled beer if i let it warm up to room temperature to save for a later date?
TIA
i am making a strawberry beer and i want it to have more of a sweet flavor than the tartness that fresh strawberries gives. i was wondering what i could do to get more of a sweet strawberry flavor?
12V DC... I think i have it wired incorrectly still because the switch works it turns the fan on and off it just doesnt emit any light as it should, also my rheostat doesnt slow the fan down or speed it up any, it just stays at a constant speed
