    Infected or fine?

If everything tastes fine and I keg it, should I try to skim this off the top, or just break a hole and use a racking cane to not disturb it?

Haven't tried, was being a little cautious. Is it safe to taste?

I have a batch of a Spotted Cow clone fermenting at 5 days in and I noticed something I don't think I have seen before floating on top. Has anyone else seen this, is it infected?
