Awesome thanks for the great replies! And so quick at that! I've done two of these Festas with the dry yeast.
1st: Pale Ale using Nottingham tasted awesome. Maybe the best beer I've ever had.
2nd: Red ale using Safale 04... Not as good. Drinkable though.
Also, I did a AHS Blue Moon and AHS...
Has anyone anything new to report on this? I've done a few Festas. I'm kicking around the thought of using Festa wort with different yeasts. I wish I could see the actual grain bills they used in making them so I had a better idea of what I am starting with.
