I'm ready to rack my beer today. Now the recipe calls for it to be racked once and then sit in the secondary for two weeks I was wondering if I could rack it once and let it sit a week and then rack it again just to try and get all the solids out. What's your thoughts? Too high of a risk for...
I've got a stout (6days old) recipe calls for a one week primary and two week secondary but right now I'm not getting any bubbles at all. If all the yeast is dead wont that greatly affect carbonation? I'm priming with sugar and bottling btw don't have a keg setup :(.
Thanks in advance
