    Thanks Tupperwolf. Just took a lot of advise from everyone on here (even if not directed towards me). Got an American Brown Ale I will be bottling next weekend. And it tasted awesome when I racked it to the secondary 3 weeks ago. Can't wait to see how it turns out.

    I did use a kit. From brewyourownbrew.com. I used the byob san Diego ipa kit. It used all DME. I followed the kit instructions for brew day (I found this site after initial brewing). Primary for 2 1/2 weeks. Racked to secondary and dryhopped 1 week. Cold crashed for 5 days then bottled. Opened...

    Been Lurking around for a while now. Just wanted to hi. Just opened my first homebrewed IPA today. Been using tips from a lot of posts on here. It turned out good, and I am very happy with the outcome so far.
