    anybody have experience with making sauerkraut?

    I just picked up a fermenting crock and now need a fridge to hold 59-65 degrees for this, but was curious if anyone here also makes their own? Or other fermented goodness?

    Whole Foods

    Will have to check this out next time I'm out in the paradise that is Santa Rosa. Every time I go through there I think of moving....gorgeous Norcal chicks at Russian River brewery, the ocean nearby with free diving, perfect weather, hardwoods abound for woodworking, and far enough from SF yet...

    Charcoal Grill

    Going to be exploring this option further, as I am a cheap SOB and propane isn't cheap around my place. Tonight I boiled 5 gallons as a test run on my Weber performer pretty quick. The old weber performer is the kettle grill built into a stand, so it can balance the water weight pretty easily...
