    Yeast Nutrients?

    Would adding yeast nutrients to a homebrew batch do anything? Or is there already more than enough nutrients in the beer?

    I'm not planning on throwing it out. Haha, it is beer after all. Be a shame to put it to waste. 7 Days is probably a good idea, but i'm impatient, so i'll probably end up drinking it all before it taste good, but i'll try not too... I'll let you guys know if it ends up tasting better.

    I took gravity readings, but I don't remeber what they were. I think I finished with an alcohol content of around 2.5%. I started with 4 gallons, it boiled down to 3-ish, then I added about 2 gallons of tap water to bring it to 5 gallons (it wasn't boiled).
