Thanks for the tip. I managed to get the Apfelwine racked back into my 1 gal glass carboys and things seem to be perking along nicely. However it's been about 10 days now and there is between 1-2 inches of sediment on the bottom. In my 1 gal jugs this looks like a lot... Should I be thinking...
