I have a question regarding the extract recipe BYO has for this clone. The recipe calls for steeping 18 oz Munich Malt and 12 oz wheat malt, but there's an article in the same issue about steeping grains which says that these 2 grains have to be mashed. I emailed them about it, but haven't...

Sometimes it's great to work at a printing company. Got it printed on our Epson proofer at about 20x30.

It is an extract recipe. They didn't have the expected FG with the recipe, and I wasnt sure how to figure out what it should be. I thought maybe it would be ok since the reading hasn't changed. I will check again then bottle. Thanks!
