Home Brewing Biography
I started home brewing when the father of one of the athletes I coached gave me some books and his old equipment. I first brewed using extract on my stove. I next used a propane burner outside, BIAB, all grain. Two years ago I went all electric with a Spike Solo and a Spike Conical. My dream is to build a brew house.
Future Brews
My next brew is going to be an attempt at cloning Zombie Dust. After that, I will likely do a Porter, a Russian Imperial Stout, and continue my efforts to replicate Pliny the Elder. I want to try my hand at a Pilsner, but until I have a glycol chiller I don't have a way to ferment at a cold enough temperature.
