Have you tried the Schneider-Brooklyn version?? This is by far the B-E-S-T!! And it is still available, cheaper than the Brooklyn one!

I am a HUGE fan of anything Weisse and not too much of a fan of hoppy beers but I have to say that this one is BIG on my list. I love it so much that I bought a case of it!!!!

Am HUGE fan of the Kellerweis, in fact I sent a email to Sierra Nevada to tell them of my experience with their great take on Bavarian Hefe and they were kind enough to send me a packet of their beer coasters and a church key!! Great customer appreciation!!
