I've been inspecting all my gear for " moving damages". My 5 glass carboys came out fine. The fermentation chamber go knocked around but it's holding steady temp..Erlenmeyer flask is...
and part of the move meant I could not brew for almost 5 months. 5 MONTHS!!! its been crazy!
Now that we are in the new house, I'm finally at a state where I can brew again..
Problem is.. I'm nervous.. what if I forgot how to brew?
Thanks for the comments guys....I'm probably going to add a power switch and a resistor to it so I can slow it down more... At this point I can only turn the knob about 20% ...anymore and the stirbar is thrown..

Being an IT guy I've had most of the parts for building this in an old dusty box under my work bench.... Hard Drives, PC Fans.. ample amounts of power cords...
