Primary purpose is finished beer storage. I may like a split setup for fermentation and storage as well, not sure if this is possible with one appliance. My basement is at 58-60 degrees so its a bit cool for some yeasts. No plans for kegs.

I just went through the same thing. I picked up a 20qt one at Target for $50 and it worked real well. Has a double bottom to prevent burning and a nice lid with a vent hole.
