I used heavy duty plastic wall anchors.

Yes. Mounted the pvc directly to the table support members with a screw. Then mounted the pumps to the pvc.

This is a piece of PVC 1x5 trim mounted underneath and the pumps screw into the PVC.

I’ll try and take some pictures tomorrow and post. Thanks to everyone for the kind post.

    New brew room completed

I thought I would share my completed brew room. K-Rims setup with Worthog controller ( I like this setup for those who are getting ready to tell about me all the negatives). I brewed for a year before hanging the drywall and tile. Glad I did because I got a chance to add in electrical outlets...

    2 Vessel Electric Brewing

I have tried both rims tube and k-rims on mine as well as using a herms running through my plate chiller. I have two 20 gallon Blichman G2 kettles and two riptides. Mostly I’ll use the k-rims because I like to do15 gallon batches. Usually my volumes at mash will exceed 20 gallons and the k-rims...

    2 Vessel Electric Brewing

I do exactly the same as Beholder with the exception being I haven't needed rice hulls (yet). I also, in addition to the false bottom, use a bag in the mash tun to make for easier cleanup.

new eBrewing setup, eBIAB or eHerms?

TexasWine, I think I'm going to give this a try. Are you putting the PID temp probe after the "wort out" of the chiller before it returns back into the mash tun? I am going to try with my Blichmann Thermanator. Thanks

    Leaking c02 regulator

I tightened up all the connections before I originally dunked the regulator in water. Like an earlier poster said, the air from the gauges was just air displacement from the gauge itself. I should realized that at the time but I didn’t. Anyway I hooked it back up and. It’s not leaking. So the...

    Leaking c02 regulator

Not leaking any more. As much common sense as I THINK I have(maybe not); I’m embarrassed say that I believe it was just air in the gauge purging out.

    Leaking c02 regulator

Connection at the cylinder is solid with no leak. I’ll try again and leave dunked long enough to confirm it’s no just air displacement in the gauges.

    Leaking c02 regulator

I have a single gauge c02 regulator setup that has the pressure regulator and a tank volume gauge. I lost a whole 5 lb tank of c02 the last time I used it. Today I hooked up the regulator to a c02 tank and dunked the whole regulator in a 5 gallon bucket of Starsan in an attempt to try and find...

new eBrewing setup, eBIAB or eHerms?

In a Kettle-Rims set up, there needs to be enough water in the boil kettle to at least cover the heating element. In an “infinity loop” recirculating between the two kettles, my understanding from reading this thread is that you might NOT filter all the wort through the grain bed thus leading to...

new eBrewing setup, eBIAB or eHerms?

Could the cloudy wort issue here not be solved by moving the water in the BK over to the MT at the end of the mash? That way the entire volume would pass through the grain bed one final time as it's all pumped back over to the BK. Maybe even just recirculate the entire volume at the end of the mash.

new eBrewing setup, eBIAB or eHerms?

I see the answer in post #12; the mash side.
