well i have moved from kits:ban: and now going to try my first all grain Brew:rockin: i have one recipe i got for a pale ale and all my ingredients witch i'll be brewing this weekend:p (what can i use in place of the dark brown suger i have load of corn suger and young's brewing suger)

I'm Planning on moving from bottles to 5l mini kegs to save loads of time. i have been reading alot about carbing in 5gl kegs, but that will not be possible as the system i'll be using use 8 oz co2 bullets so i can only add co2 when i plan to drink from a keg :drunk: so to get my beer to carb...
Well i'm boiling the water then add the 500g spraymalt then it gets fecked into the fermenter ontop of the kit all mixed up and cold water added, temp checked pop in the yeast when temp is good on goes the lid and airlock and thats it for a week
