    Honey Malt question

    I want to make a honey pale ale. I want the SG to be around 1.050. Should I use honey or honey malt to get the honey taste? Do I go malty, or will I still get honey flavor do a more attuationied mash? spell that right?

    Go ahead and taste in. It will be a little "green". If it has any funky flavors, let it sit a little longer.

    Not suger free. use the regular kool aid and don't add the sugar. The raspberry beer takes at least 6 weeks for the flavors to meld.
